Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from Amsterdam.

Orders are carefully packed, processed, and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business day of receiving your order, unless otherwise specified. We use Correos Express for Spain and UPS for international.

Customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

All items will be sent via standard shipping unless you arrange for a different shipping method. For express or insured shipping, please inquire prior to purchase to discuss options and costs.

We offer insured shipping for added security, but it must be requested prior to purchase. If you would like your order to be sent insured, please contact us before completing your order.

Shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. 

The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
